I just had a little question about the Serra guillotine from guard that we covered this week. When we cross our feet, which foot is the foot on top, and why is it important to have that specific foot on top?
Also, Thanks for the invite to pride this weekend. I had a great time. John

John the side the head is on the foot will be on TOP. So if your opponents head is near your right hip your left leg will hook the hip and your right foot will be placed on top. This allows you to open your knees and engage your hips much stronger. In drilling the moves you should feel the difference.
