UFC is an organization that promotes Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). MMA involves ,punching, kicking, wrestling, and grappling. Learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will definently help your wrestling and grappling. There are a couple of MMA schools in the area, one of the more known ones is LEGENDS MMA, however the grappling is probably taught at a higher level at Hollywood Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
