Generally speaking, you should have the opposite shoulder locked (as in the picture) if you cross the legs. His legs are crossed underneath the far side shoulder, locking both arms in place, and forcing the hips deep underneath the attacked arms shoulder. However, there are always exceptions to every rule. -SPF
